Ukraine has every chance of experiencing an investment boom, but only once a sustainable peace has been achieved, with clear security guarantees and the protection of its sovereignty. This was stated by Arseniy Yatsenyuk, Chairman of the Kyiv Security Forum and Prime Minister of Ukraine in 2014–2016, during a special KSF discussion entitled ‘Ukraine’s Recovery: Talk or Action?’, dedicated to the outcomes of URC 2026.

No one is interested in restoring the Ukrainian economy to the state it was in before the full-scale Russian aggression. We are talking about rebuilding a qualitatively new economy.
