The Kremlin has not changed its position – Russia is only prepared to negotiate if Ukraine surrenders. This was stated by Danylo Lubkivsky, former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and member of the Security Council of the Kyiv Security Forum, on Suspilne.

Ukraine cannot relinquish its territories and cannot capitulate. The only chance to save the world from chaos lies in helping Ukraine to prevail.
