The results of the 5th Kyiv Security Forum for Youth were summarized in Kyiv

5th Kyiv Security Forum for Youth organized by the Arseniy Yatsenyuk Open Ukraine Foundation completed its work in Kyiv.

The theme of the forum was «Ukraine and Baltic-Black Sea democratic area: call to youth action».

Participants of the Forum were divided into 10 working groups, in which they worked on best practices of implementing reforms in the countries of the Baltic-Black Sea area and the solutions that can be used for the development of Ukraine.

According to the results of the Forum jury selected and awarded the most active young professionals:

As a prize, they were awarded books by Taras Berezovets «Annexation: the Island of Crimea. Chronicles of «hybrid warfare».

In his final speech, the Director of Open Ukraine Foundation Taras Mykhalniuk thanked young professionals for demonstrated activity, Youth Council of the Open Ukraine Foundation for their help in its organization, partners of the event for the support of the initiatives of the Foundation.  

We remind that over 100 young leaders, students, civil society activists from different regions of Ukraine, as well as young professionals from Italy, Estonia, Georgia, Moldova, and Azerbaijan took part in the Forum.

Friedrich Ebert Foundation is the oldest political foundation in Germany, that has a rich social-democratic tradition from the date of its founding in 1925.
