Was born in 1978 in Kyiv. and is a Ukrainian lawyer, civic activist, and member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. He established a company in 1996 which dealt with consulting and cooperation with General Electric, Euroshop-Switzerland and other international companies.
Later he established an international consortium with the participation of companies from Poland, the United Kingdom and Germany to provide consulting services to foreign investors and Ukrainian entities on foreign trade activity.
He graduated from the Academy of the Ministry of Interior of Ukraine with a major in law. Mr. Logvynskyi is an attorney, and a member of Kyiv regional board of advocates.
Since 2010 he has participated in activities of the civic council of State Customs Service of Ukraine.
Together with business activities he has participated in human rights protection. He chairs the Supervisory Board of Congress of National Communities of Ukraine.
Since 2005 he has been working as an adviser to members of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, specifically Mustafa Dzemilov and a consultant to the Congress of National Communities of Ukraine and Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People on international legal issues.
Since 2010 he has participated with the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and in the development of several PACE reports.
In March 2014 he was one of the creators of the Expert Council at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, among the tasks of which is assistance in the protection of state interests and individuals in connection to the temporary occupation of parts of Ukraine.
