Taras Berezovets is a well-known Ukrainian political analyst, director of Berta Communications Company. He was born in 1975 in Kerch, Taras is the Crimean in the sixth generation. In 1997, he graduated from the Institute of Journalism of Taras Shevchenko National University pf Kyiv. In 2003, Mr. Berezovets studded at Royal College of Defense Studies in London. In 2004, he obtained a Master’s Degree in International Relations, King’s College London.
Taras Berezovets is one of the best-known Ukrainian political consultants, for a long time he had been working with Ukrainian top-politicians. From the first days of the annexation of the Crimea, he began to fight against the Kremlin propaganda machine, organizing scientific events in Ukraine and abroad. In December 2014, he created and headed the NGO National Strategies Foundation and established the Free Crimea project, informational center of resistance to the Russian occupation of Crimea. In the framework of this activity, the first analytical report on the human rights situation "Black Book of the occupation of the Crimea" was prepared. The Free Crimea project presented to the European Parliament and the U.S. State Department. In December 2015, Taras Berezovets became a co-founder of the Bureau of Combating hybrid war.
