This year, the Forum will gather a record number of participants — over 1000. Among them are high-ranking officials of Ukrainian state and state leadership, diplomats, and esteemed experts from over 20 countries.

The title of this year’s Forum is "Restless Wave: the Strategic Choice of Ukraine and the West". The image of a "restless wave" is a reference to John McCain’s book of the same name, whose legacy and support for Ukraine in particular, we look to honor at this year’s Forum.
