Both the Germans and the Japanese are capable of producing these missiles. And following the war with Iran, there is a global shortage of them. Therefore, Ukraine can provide additional security for both its own citizens and NATO member states,” he noted.According to him, granting such licenses is in the interests of the United States itself. “The United States and NATO member states truly need these missiles.
