russia’s war against Ukraine is he issue of survival not only for Ukraine, but for the putin’s regime and the whole of Europe as well.

This was emphasized by Mykola Tochytsky, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs at the 16th Annual Kyiv Security Forum established by the Arseniy Yatsenyuk “Open Ukraine” Foundation.

“This is an existential war for us. And the problem is that it is also true for putin and his regime. To remain in power he must continue this war”, - Mr. Tochytsky said.

He stressed that it is important that Ukraine and the free world prevail in this war, as this would mean restoration of the world order.

“It is the existential war not only for Ukraine and its European path. It is important to restore peace in Europe by creating conditions of bringing peace to all European territories, - Mykila Tochytsky argued.

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs also thanked all partners for tank and aircraft coalitions and called to create new coalitions to support Ukraine.

“I hope that what we jointly demonstrate is not only a wonderful sample of cooperation, but a first time ever fantastic cooperation between the EU and NATO”, - the diplomat stressed.

The 16th Annual Kyiv Security Forum is held March 21-22, 2024, to gather transatlantic support for Ukraine. This year Forum slogan is “Ukraine’s call to the World: Together We Prevail!”.
