9th Security Forum opened in Kyiv

Kyiv will hold the two-day 9th Security Forum organized by the Arseniy Yatsenyuk Open Ukraine Foundation.

More than 400 Ukrainian and international leaders, representatives of political, business circles and civil society activists from more than 20 countries will discuss global security trends and challenges in contemporary international relations.

This year the main theme of the Forum will be dedicated to the recent events in Ukraine and at its’ borders, their background and possible consequences for the state, region, Europe and even the world as a whole. Ukrainian and international specialists will forecast possible scenarios of developments in Ukraine and their aftermath, and give expert advice as to the maintenance of stability and security in Europe and neighboring regions in the future.

The event is supported by The NATO Information and Documentation Centre, the German Marshall Fund of the United States and the Chatham House: The Royal Institute of International Affairs (Great Britain).
