Unmanned aerial systems used by Ukraine to back off Russian aggression are lethal weapons, technologies of tomorrow to be used in future wars.
This was the key idea stated by General David Petraeus, KSF Security Council Member, Commander of the US Central Command (2008-2010), Director of the US Central Intelligence Agency (2011-12) at the 17th Annual Kyiv Security Forum “UA: UNITE AGAIN TO DEFEAT THE GLOBAL AGGRESSOR”, organized by the Arseniy Yatsenyuk “Open Ukraine” Foundation.
«What we witness today in terms of innovations is perhaps the most advanced in the world,” - he said, adding that it means “technologies of tomorrow”.

According to him, the Ukrainians hold the frontline and innovations are most important here. “Ukrainians employ unmanned systems, like kamikaze drones, the most lethal weapons. Even armoured vehicles fail to counter them”, - David Petraeus stressed.
He also noted intelligence and marine drones used to destroy the enemy in the Black Sea. “This is the future of any warfare”, - Former CIA Director summed up.
The Kyiv Security Forum, organized by the Arseniy Yatsenyuk’s Open Ukraine Foundation, is the main platform in Ukraine for discussing issues of war and peace, national and global security.
