There will be no peaceful coexistence with the Russians without a decisive dismantling of their imperialist thinking.
Marko Mihkelson, Chairman, Foreign Affairs Committee, Parliament of Estonia, underlined this message at the 17th Annual Kyiv Security Forum “UA: UNITE AGAIN TO DEFEAT THE GLOBAL AGGRESSOR”, organized by the Arseniy Yatsenyuk Foundation “Open Ukraine”.
“If we want to live in peace with our neighbors, with the Russian Federation, then there is no other way than to decisively dismantle and defeat ther imperialist mindset,” he noted.
Marko Mihkelson is convinced that if the Chechens had won the war with the Russians, there would have been no invasion of Ukraine. At the same time, according to him, “what Ukraine has done over the past 11 years gives us a chance to avoid a major war in Europe with Russia.”
“To this purpose, we need to assist the Ukrainians,” the MP said, calling for more support for Ukraine.
The Kyiv Security Forum, organized by the Arseniy Yatsenyuk’s Open Ukraine Foundation, is the main platform in Ukraine to discuss issues of war and peace, national and global security.
